In 1973 my father started this company for the sole purpose of selling grain fed beef to customers all over the south. We raise all of our own cattle to be slaughtered at this establishment.
We had one goal in mind, to bring grain fed beef and pork to people but also to ensure that this meat was without the added hormones that are seen today.
We at Happy Valley Processing, Inc. are committed to bringing a wholesome product to our customers with humane handled beef and pork. In 2002 my father and longtime friend passed away and left myself, Donald F. Palmer, Jr. and my son to carry on the legacy that he started 42 years ago. We also began doing custom slaughtering and private labeling of grass fed beef, pastured pork, lamb and goats.
